What are your top three bucket list items?

  • Purchase a second home at Smith Mountain Lake
  • Own a home décor and gift shop that promotes local artists
  • Travel to the Tierra del Fuego, have my passport stamped at the end of the earth, and visit the penguins of Antarctica

What is your hidden talent?

My hidden talent is organization. I love being organized. My husband jokes that I am constantly winning at the war on clutter in our house and am personally keeping The Container Store in business.  All the drawers, closets, toys, and storage areas of my house are perfectly organized. It’s something I am really good at and it makes me happy.

What other roles have you held before coming to PWS?

I worked for a several years at a company that installs, maintains, and modernizes elevators.  My first role was as office manager and billing specialist then eventually, I was promoted to a sales and marketing position.  Part of my training was to observe the installation of an elevator from beginning to end.  Because of my time with that company, I know quite a bit of random elevator facts.

I’ve also worked at a handful of other companies domestically and internationally in various administrative roles, but my longest tenure has been with PWS.

What is your favorite trip or adventure that you’ve been on?

The greatest adventure I’ve ever been on was when my son turned six months old.  My husband and I packed our Midlothian life up into a storage unit and moved to Amsterdam, The Netherlands for four years.  We explored Europe, trading in our cars for bikes and getting in the best shape of our life. We ate amazing food and established lifelong friendships.

What do you love most about your role at PWS?

There are way too many positive things about my role at PWS to pick just one. I love our clients and how they embrace us as family. I love the PWS team and how we work as a team. I love that the leadership team is always willing to try new things in their efforts to provide our clients with the best quality services and their employees a positive working environment.
